Sara Symington, Archery GB‘s performance director, has left the organisation to take up a position at England Netball.
This means Archery GB is now recruiting for the position of performance director, who is responsible for leading the World Class programme with medal success at the Olympic and Paralympic games as the end goal. They will work with the programme manager, head of performance, performance pathway manager and coaches, and will report to the chief executive.
