The Archery GB Big Weekend – the annual event in which clubs across the country run have-a-go archery sessions for their local community – has been announced for 3-5 June. This falls just after the European Championships held in Nottingham and in the run-up to the Rio Olympic and Paralympic Games, and Archery GB had hailed the timing as a great way to raise the profile of your club, and archery as a whole, in an exciting summer of sport.
You can register your club to take part at www.archerygb.org/bigweekend, with any Archery GB clubs that register by 18 April able to get their hands on some free t-shirts for volunteers and free giveaways for participants.
