Competitors at the recent outdoor World Championships voted from a list of 10 nominees for a place on the World Archery athlete committee. One archer from each discipline is elected, with Oh Jin Hyek of Korea and Viktoriya Koval of Ukraine the new recurve representatives, and the USA’s Reo Wilde and Croatia’s Ivana Buden the compound archers selected. The representatives will serve a four-year term on the committee, representing athletes’ interests to World Archery. Viktoriya Koval has served on the committee before, and was reelected, but the other three have all been elected for the first time.
